6. Vendor Terms

CARTWiLLS operates as a multi-vendor platform. Vendors are independent contractors and are responsible for their listings, products, and services. CARTWiLLS does not own the products sold by vendors on the Site. Vendors are required to adhere to our Vendor Agreement and other policies provided by CARTWiLLS.

7. Product Listings and Orders

• Accuracy of Listings: CARTWiLLS strives to ensure that the product descriptions, pricing, and availability information provided on the Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that these details are error-free. Vendors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their product listings.
• Order Acceptance: CARTWiLLS reserves the right to accept or reject any order placed on the Site for any reason. In the event that an order is canceled or modified, we will notify you via email or other contact information provided.
• Pricing: Prices displayed on the Site are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs and other applicable fees will be added to your order total as applicable.

8. Payments

Payments for products and services on CARTWiLLS are processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a purchase on the Site, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant payment service provider. CARTWiLLS is not responsible for any issues arising from payments processed by these third-party providers.

Shipping and delivery of products are managed by CARTWiLLS. CARTWiLLS handles the shipping process by booking a courier to pick up all orders from the vendors and deliver them directly to the customers. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the product and the courier service used.

10. Returns and Refunds

CARTWiLLS allows returns and refunds in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008, and the policies of individual vendors. If you wish to return a product, please contact us and we will mediate the returns between the customers and the vendors. CARTWiLLS may assist in mediating disputes but is not liable for vendor compliance.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CARTWiLLS or its content suppliers and protected by South African and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content on the Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CARTWiLLS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
